On 21.9.2016. Kajo-Keji. An attack on the Kangapo Health Training Institute in Kajo Keji at around 11:00hrs. Initial reports suggest armed men stormed the institute with the intention to loot it. As events unfolded, unconfirmed reports state that the armed men asked civilians in the institute about their ethnicity and targeted a dinka student. Another student from the Amadi tribe was said to be killed to but by being caught in cross-fire. At the time of writing, confirmation in initial reports is being followed up.
