Description:
On 28.2.2015. UN Agency staff member contacted ERT claiming that an unknown person believed to be national security wanted to arrest him outside Buffalo bank in Juba. The staff member remained inside the bank until the arrival of ERT and extricated the staff member without anybody interfering.
