Description:
On 22.11.2016. Juba. Diplomatic Police officers opened fire on a vehicle with three persons on board who opened fire while passing in front of a UN Agency country office in Juba at around 22:0hrs. The assailant’s car was disabled by the Diplomatic Police shots and the three individuals then abandoned the vehicle. No further reports.
