Description:
On 19.2.2017.Mangalla. At 3:pm, a bus traveling from Mangalla to Juba was stopped by armed personnel and taken off the road to another area. Women, children and the driver were later released, but four males held captive. Sometime later the bodies of 4 males were discovered close to Bilnyang Mountain. Investigations are under way to identify those found. Follow up by Government security forces is ongoing.
