Description:
On 16.2.2017. Pibor- Gumuruk incident: the vehicle attacked was an ambulance being used as a taxi to transport passengers from Gumuruk to Pibor. It was NOT an SPLA vehicle. (Apparently an SPLA patrol travelled along the same road not long after the ambush). There were 16 passengers in the vehicle. 2 died immediately and 6 were wounded.
