Description:
On 29.9.2016. Malakal.At about 16:50 hours in Malakal, an unknown male, suspected to be an SPLA soldier and armed with a rifle, forcefully stopped two female IDPs 200 meters away from the PoC site gate. One of the IDPs managed to escape while the other was abducted.
