The South Sudan National Police Services, 13 police personnel and five commissioned officers who are victimized, and the attackers(murderers). 13 police personnel including five commissioned officers were sentenced to serve prison terms for helping 19 suspected murderers escape a Torit Jail, death of 24 persons including women and men.
