Description:
One member of South Sudan's National Security Services (NSS) was killed and a boy was seriously wounded in a shooting in Hai Atlabara 'B' area of the capital Juba.
According to an eyewitness, the incident took place around 8 pm while a group of people were watching a football match at a club. Sources said the perpetrators were also members of NSS.
