On 14.2.2017. Nimule.An INGO staff member working in Nimule was approached by NSS and asked why the staff member didn’t have ‘Juba level clearance’. As to what this clearance entailed was not known at the time. The matter was referred to RCC, Juba, for clarification as this had not occurred before. RRC Juba was contacted and verified the right of the INGO to be there. NSS allowed the staff member to carry on her duties.
