· On 31.10.2016. Juba. A private mini-van regularly hired by an INGO was taken by unknown men at around 1645hrs today in Tomping in the vicinity of Panache Restaurant. Reports indicate that two men in plain clothes on the street waived the driver and told him he was over speeding and asked him to get out of the car. Once the driver complied, the two men jumped in the car and drove off. The car was eventually recovered. The circumstances of the incident are unclear as it’s been suggested it might be related to personal grievances with the driver and individual government security personnel or between the driver and other nationals.
