On 30.9.2016. Juba.At about 07:24 hours in Juba, an UNMISS national staff driving a UN vehicle while on his way from Gumbo area was stopped by an alleged SPLA soldier at Juba bridge and denied passage. The alleged SPLA soldier made a comment referring to the UN as the enemy and ordered the staff to turn back.
