On 3.9.2016. Juba. Small arms fire in the Tomping area (in proximity of Rainbow hotel) of Juba at around 17:30hrs related to a private dispute. According to reports, one man was shot and killed as a result of the incident. SSPS elements reportedly arrived later on to the scene and shot a series of warning shots in the air. The motives of the shooting are not confirmed
