On 19.2.2017.Juba .A juvenile IDP was detained by Warrior Security guards after having illegally entered UN House from PoC 1. Some time later at about 21:00 hours, another IDP snatched a mobile telephone from a UN Police Officer who was on duty at the PoC 3 pedestrian gate. The IDP ran into the PoC and avoided detention
