On 16.8. 2016.Juba. A taxi service vehicle used by an INGO staff member was stopped along airport road near the UNMISS road in Juba at around 08:10hrs by a traffic police officer for not having a ‘circulation sticker’. The taxi driver negotiated its release after a few minutes.
