On 8.12.2016.Malakal. Airport authorities in Malakal briefly held one UN Agency truck and one INGO staff member at the airport at around 12:15hrs after the INGO staff member refused to transport a commander of the airport from Malakal to Juba. The truck and the staff member were released after paying 5000SSP as a fee.
