On 19.4.2017.Bor. An UNMISS PKF Long Duration Patrol was stopped at an area called Mareng about 12 kilometres from Bor on the road to Pibor by about 10 to 12 armed SPLA personnel who requested a letter from the Governor approving the patrol and the presence of a JVMM representative. Despite attempts to negotiate access, the patrol was turned back.
