Description:
1. On 30.12.2016.Yambio.An UNMISS national staff member was summoned to appear for interview in the office of the NSS. During the interview he was arrested on charges unrelated to his employment. Despite reminders of the SOFA agreement, the staff member was kept in custody pending further enquiries.
