Description:
On 11.3.2017.Juba. An UNMISS international staff member driving a UN vehicle was stopped by traffic Police at the junction of Airport Road and the road leading to UNMISS Tomping. The staff member was accused of not wearing his seat belt while driving and for driving the vehicle while wearing sandals. UN Security attended the scene and was able to secure the unconditional release of the staff member after about one hour.
