Description:
1. On 12.4.2017.Juba. UN PKF personnel who had gone to the Juba Water Point were stopped and harassed by a group of civilians who claimed the lease with UNMISS for the use / collection of water had expired. After lengthy negotiations the military personnel were allowed to collect water and safely left the area.
