Description:
On 7.12.2016. Lui. A UN agency two vehicle convoy was stopped by two men (one with a firearm) along the Lui - Mundri road at around 15:00hrs. The men demanded 1000SSP. After negotiations, the amount was reduced to 400SSP and the convoy was allowed to proceed. Reports suggest the men were under the influence of alcohol and were initially aggressive. No injuries reported.
