1. On 25.8.2017.Yei. Ugandan radio presenter jailed in Yei town. A foreign journalist working for Liberty FM-90.0 in the town of Yei in South Sudan has been under detention since the last six months. A Ugandan national King Martin Omalla, who worked as a radio presenter and gospel musician in Yei, was detained by police authorities after misunderstandings with one his colleagues who is a native of Yei. Reportedly, Omalla’s health condition is deteriorating in jail due to lack of nutrient food and good medical care.
