Description:
10th of August 2016. We received reports of two INGO vehicles being stopped by traffic police along ministries road at different hours between 09:00hrs and 10:00hrs. The traffic officers demanded cash from the drivers for alleged traffic violations. After brief discussions, both vehicles were let go without further incident.
