Mel Aleu the incident took place at 1:30 am at Jazeera residential area Western part of the town in which the robbers were attempting to steal some money, generator and a bicycle but were caught by the night patrol officers. “There was an attempt by the criminals yesterday around 1: 30 at Jazeera residential area within Wau town. Five of the criminals had attempted to loot the properties of the people in that area but when information reached the night patrol, they rushed to the area and rescued the residents,” said Mel.
