On 24.4.2017.Juba. Gudele area of Juba, there was confirmed reports of looting of houses during the morning possibly by rogue SPLA soldiers. There were also false reports of the WFP warehouse being looted. The latter, in particular, demonstrates people’s nervousness and rapid spread of rumour exacerbating a delicate security situation. Clearly the current state in Juba warrants increased awareness and prudent limitations on movement.
