On 1.3.2017. Mayendit. In the morning of 1 Mar in the morning there were conflicting reports of fighting in the vicinity of Mayendit. Some sources suggest it was a clash between SPLA and SPLA-IO (as forecast on Sat 25 Feb to the NGOs who relocated), others that it was an internal dispute between youth mobilising for cattle raiding. There are no further details at the moment.
