1. 6.1.2017.Nimule. A dinka soldier in Nimule shot and killed his commander who is a Shilluk man. Sources within the Nimule military confirmed the killing and identified the killed commander who is in the rank of first lieutenant in SPLA. The dead lieutenant whose name is has not been revealed is assigned as a commander of SPLA detach unit located at the foot of Mount Gordon. Colleagues of the late Lieutenant said there was no confrontation between the two, as such, they cannot think of any reason for shooting dead in cold blood of the man they described as humble and brave commander.
