On 17.11.2016. Juba. A County Health Department vehicle was carjacked by unknown gunmnen in Lire payam of Longere in Torit county (75km distance from Torit town) at an undetermined time of day. The gunmen (number not reported) forced the driver to drive away with the vehicle and is still missing at the time writing.
