Description:
On 10.12.2016. Maridi. An armed ambush by armed men of unknown affiliation against an NNGO vehicle during hours of the morning along the Juba - Maridi road closer to the Central Equatoria side of the route. The attack resulted in the jacking of their vehicle, theft of other belongings and in the injuring of one female national staff. The gunshot wound victim was med-evac’d in the afternoon out of the area with the support of UN OCHA, DSS, WFP and UNHAS and is undergoing medical treatment.
