Description:
On 17.3.2017.Juba. 3 men were apprehended in the Weapons Free Zone outside UN House Compound. The 3 admitted they were active SPLA-IO officers and claimed to be coming to the PoC for ‘recreation and medical treatment’. They were carrying a letter addressed to the Deputy Chairman of PoC 3 from SPLA-IO military intelligence. The letter was seized and all 3 men escorted out of the PoC at about 1220.
